UP News: Under the leadership of CM Yogi Adityanath, the Uttar Pradesh government has released a new schedule for the police recruitment examination. According to the official circular issued by the UP government, the UP Police recruitment exam will be conducted on August 23, 24, 25, 30, and 31 across various parts of the state.
The UP government has clarified that candidates appearing for this exam will be provided with free travel on Transport Corporation buses. To avail this facility, candidates need to present their admit cards to the bus conductors of the Road Transport Corporation.
Detailed Exam Schedule
The Uttar Pradesh government has released the new schedule for the police recruitment exam. As per the circular, the exam will be conducted in two shifts on August 23, 24, 25, 30, and 31. Through this recruitment exam, 60,244 constable positions will be filled through direct recruitment.
Strict Measures Against Malpractice
The UP government has emphasized that this police recruitment exam will be conducted under the new anti-cheating ordinance. If any candidate or person is found involved in activities such as influencing the exam system or leaking the paper, strict legal action will be taken. According to the circular, those found guilty of such acts could face a fine of up to one crore rupees, life imprisonment, or both.
Free Bus Service for Candidates
The UP government has announced a significant benefit for candidates appearing in the police recruitment exam. According to the circular issued by the Yogi government, candidates will be allowed free travel on Road Transport Corporation buses. To avail this facility, candidates must provide copies of their admit cards to the bus conductors.
February Exam Cancelled
The police recruitment exam was initially conducted in February 2024. However, due to reports of paper leaks and irregularities, the government immediately canceled it. The exam will now be conducted according to the new schedule.
