UP Public Service Commission has declared the final result of PCS 2021 (UPPCS Result 2021). In the Sangam city of Prayagraj, the brother-sister duo has made a place in the merit. Both have been selected for the post of SDM.
While sister Sandhya Singh has got success in the first attempt, brother Vivek Singh has become the SDM in the third attempt. Vivek and Sandhya’s family got a big gift of happiness before Diwali.
Brother Vivek Singh has got the eighth position in the merit, while sister Sandhya Singh has got the twelfth position.
Vivek and Sandhya are residents of Tendua Kalaa village in Meja area, about 60 km from Prayagraj city. In a very backward village, Vivek and Sandhya of a simple family had passed 12th from the UP Board school. The elder brother Vivek Singh first decided to go to the civil services. However, Vivek did not get success twice.
Meanwhile, seeing Vivek’s preparation, his younger sister Sandhya also dreamed of becoming an officer. Siblings started preparing together. Both kept helping each other and eventually their hard work and dedication paid off. Both the brothers and sisters were together selected for the post of Deputy Collector.
With Vivek and Sandhya becoming deputy collectors, there is an atmosphere of celebration in their family and village. They are being loaded with flower garlands and dance is also being done to the tune of DJ. Both Vivek and Sandhya are giving credit for their success to their parents. Vivek says that the parents gave him every resource while fighting hard, which proved to be helpful in his success.
Both Vivek and Sandhya used to study for about 10 hours a day. Both used to make separate notes and share them with each other. Both of them benefited due to preparation together and now both brothers and sisters have become officers. Vivek and Sandhya say that they want to help the people standing at the last rung in the society. Want to give them their rights. However, both have also talked about giving UPSC exam.
Significantly, the UP Public Service Commission declared the final results of UPPCS 2021 on Wednesday evening. A total of 627 people have been selected for 29 types of posts including Deputy Collector and Deputy SP. The Allahabad High Court had lifted the ban on the release of the result yesterday itself. After 24 hours of clearing the way from the High Court, the UP Public Service Commission released the result.
