The Uttar Pradesh Public Service Commission (UPPSC) has unveiled the examination schedule for the RO/ARO posts, set to take place on February 11, 2024. The commission aims to fill a total of 411 vacancies through this recruitment drive.
Admit Card Download Instructions:
Candidates can download their admit cards once released by following these steps:
- Visit the official UPPSC portal at uppsc.up.nic.in.
- Click on the RO/ARO admit card link on the homepage.
- Enter login credentials to access and download the admit card.
- Verify the details on the admit card and save a copy.
- Print a hardcopy for future reference.
UPPSC RO/ARO 2023: General Studies Topics and Selection Process
General Studies Topics:
The UPPSC RO/ARO 2023 examination will cover a range of subjects, including General Science, Indian History, National Movement, Polity, Economy, Culture, Agriculture, Commerce, Trade, Geography, Ecology, Urbanisation, Current Events, General Intelligentsia, and Special Knowledge about Uttar Pradesh.
Selection Process:
Candidates will undergo a three-stage selection process, including Preliminary examination, Main exam, and Typing Test. The Preliminary exam consists of two papers – General Studies (140 questions, 140 marks) and General Hindi (60 marks, 1-hour duration). Successful candidates will progress to the Main exam and, subsequently, the Typing Test.
