The Delhi Roadshow, conducted on Friday in preparations for the UP Global Investors Summit, brought investment proposals worth more than 2.75 lakh crore to the attention of the Uttar Pradesh government.
According to a formal release, the UK-based Causis Group made the greatest investment when it signed an MoU to invest 1.25 lakh crore in the electric car industry. The company plans to construct an electric vehicle innovation park and manufacture electric vehicles in Uttar Pradesh. It stated that this project is expected to directly employ close to 30,000 people.
Similarly to this, REC Limited has proposed investing 65,350 crores to build a renewable energy facility. At the same time, Yashoda Medicity will invest $800 million to build a new high-tech hospital with 1200 beds in Ghaziabad, while Yashoda Super Specialty Hospital would invest roughly $500 million to build a Biotech Park and 300-bed hospital in Greater Noida. The announcement claimed that a formal agreement had been reached.
Significant investment deals with NTPC Limited, Ananda Dairy, and JBM Group, among others, were also made possible. In Delhi, these investment agreements will result in the creation of nearly one lakh additional direct employment opportunities.

Leading industrialists from both India and overseas took part in the program held at Delhi’s Oberoi Hotel. Industrialists signed a Memorandum of Understanding (MoU) for an investment of over 1.25 trillion.
Yogi Adityanath, the chief minister of Uttar Pradesh, spoke virtually to investors and discussed the different opportunities the state will offer in the coming years.
Amitabh Kant, India’s G-20 Sherpa, Chief Secretary of Uttar Pradesh Durga Shankar Mishra, Minister of Industrial Development Nand Gopal Gupta Nandi, Minister of Urban Development and Energy AK Sharma, Director General of the Confederation of Indian Industry Chandrajit Banerjee, and others also spoke at the roadshow.
Chief Minister Yogi Adityanath has transformed the state of Uttar Pradesh during the past six years, according to UP Chief Secretary Durgashankar Mishra. In UP, development is occurring on all fronts.
