Air Purifier: India has started selling the Samsung AX32 and AX46 air purifiers, which have features like a washable pre-filter and support for the SmartThings app.
Samsung India has announced its air purifiers, like the AX46 and AX32, are now available. These air purifiers can clean the air in any room or environment. The new models can cover up to 645 square feet, which makes them perfect for master bedrooms, fitness studios, hospital rooms, and other large spaces.
The pre-filter on the Samsung AX32 and AX46 can be cleaned.
Price and Warranty Information for Samsung AX46 and AX32 Air Purifiers
The AX46 and AX32 air purifiers from Samsung will be sold in Beige and Grey colors at Samsung.com, Samsung-exclusive stores, and leading consumer electronics stores. The AX32 starts at Rs 12,990 and the AX46 starts at Rs 32,990.
Also, customers can get cashbacks and easy, no-cost EMI payments. The air purifiers come with a standard one-year warranty that covers repairs done at the customer’s home by an engineer from a Samsung-authorized service center.
Features of the Samsung AX46 and AX32 Air Purifiers
This new Air Purifier from Samsung has a coverage area of 356 square feet and a Clean Air Delivery Rate (CADR) of 320 cubic meters per hour. It comes with a Pre-filter that can be cleaned and that the company says can catch bigger dust particles. The Activated Carbon Deodorization Filter helps get rid of harmful gases, and the Anti-Bacterial (Zinc Oxide) Dust Collecting Filter gets rid of up to 99.97% of ultrafine dust and bacteria. The purifier also works with the SmartThings app.
The Clean Air Delivery Rate (CADR) of the AX46 air purifier is 467 cubic meters per hour. It has a 3D purification system with multiple layers, precise monitoring, support for the SmartThings app, and a coverage area of up to 645 square feet.
It also has a laser PM 1.0 sensor that checks the air quality in real-time. Like the AX32, it has a washable Pre-Filter, an Activated Carbon Deodorisation Filter, and a PM (particulate matter) 2.5 Filter that can catch up to 99.97% of dust, viruses, and bacteria.

The AX46, on the other hand, has a feature that sets it apart from its competitors, and that is its intelligent display. This display monitors the real-time indoor air quality and displays the air purity using its 4-color level indicator. Additionally, it has particle matter (PM) 10 dust and gas sensors.
Front-facing air intake
Samsung says that it has a front-facing air intake, so you don’t have to move or pull it away from the wall to clean or change the filter. Just opening the front door would be enough. Samsung AX46 has a SmartThings feature that lets it connect to smartphones and gives you control even when you’re not at home.
Last but not least, both models have two ways to work: Auto and Sleep. Auto Mode constantly checks the amount of pollution in the air and adjusts the power and fan speed to use less energy. On the other hand, the sleep mode makes it quiet and comfortable to sleep through the night. It moves air more slowly and quietly, and the display has less light.
