Airtel: Cricket prepaid plans redesigned with Amazon Prime Video subscription, prices and perks

Airtel: Bharti Airtel has updated its Cricket prepaid plans to include a one-year subscription to Amazon Prime Video. The redesigned prepaid plans, as discovered by Telecom Talk, are now available in India, and customers may purchase them using the Airtel website and smartphone apps. The Airtel Cricket pack contains four plans, each with a pricing of Rs 699, Rs 999, Rs 2999, and Rs 3359. The highest prepaid package also includes a complimentary one-year Disney+ Hotstar Mobile subscription. Customers who want to watch the ongoing India vs. New Zealand cricket series on Prime Video will benefit the most from the plans.

Details of the plans offered and their validity

All Airtel Cricket prepaid plans include unlimited local, STD, and roaming calls. The validity period and daily internet data change amongst plans. The base plan is Rs 699 (taxes included) and includes 3GB of internet data per day as well as an Airtel Xstream mobile pack. It has a validity period of 56 days. The Rs 999 prepaid plan, on the other hand, has an 84-day validity period and provides 2.5GB of internet bandwidth every day. It also gives mobile access to the Airtel Xstream library.

Both Airtel Cricket plans, priced at Rs 2,999 and Rs 3,359, have a 365-day validity period. The former provides 2GB of data each day, Rs 100 in Fastag cashback, and Apollo 24/7 membership, which includes access to doctors, cashback on drugs, free home delivery, and discounts on medical consultations and diagnostics. The Rs 3,359 prepaid package offers the same perks, but it also includes a yearly Disney+ Hotstar mobile plan worth Rs 499. It provides 2.5GB of daily internet data.

Airtel’s revised Cricket offerings will hope to attract more subscribers given that Amazon Prime Video is showing the ongoing India vs. New Zealand cricket series. If you choose the top-tier package, you will have access to more live sports programming, including EPL football and F1. However, none of the OTT services have the rights to live stream the FIFA 2022 World Cup, which is already underway. Users can do so by downloading Jio Cinema and watching the FIFA 2022 World Cup for free.
