Apple iOS 17.1 RC Released: Apple has recently released candidate version of iOS 17.1. The new OS update is open to be tested by developers and public testers. The earlier iOS 17 was first unveiled by the brand at WWDC 2023 and pushed previous month for all the users. The new OS came with a host of newly added features such as Live Voicemail, Journal App and Contact Posters. Even thought, iOS 17 update was smooth, it came with several issue like overheating problems in iPhone 15 which was later fixed with the update on the same version of iOS 17. But now, the brand is all set to release to iOS 17.1 as the company has released Release Candidate version of iOS 17.1. Checkout new features of Operating system below.

iOS 17.1 Release Candidate Version Rolled Out

As per a report by MacRumors, the iOS 17.1 RC update was released by Apple yesterday i.e October 17. The new update has mainly fixed some major issue coming in its devices which includes image retention and screen burn-in issue, specifically in the newly launched iPhone 15 models. Initially the, iPhone 15’s screen burn issue was reported as the hardware problem, but as the brand is pushing an update for fixing the issue, it seems to be software related issue on the models.

Taking an idea from the released iOS 17 RC version, we can say that iOS 17.1 is getting some newly added features. With the new update, users will not be required to stay close while sharing files, it will also enable user to send files via internet. The iOS 17.1 is also expected to improve the always-on display of iPhone 15 and iPhone 14 Pro models.
