Apple M3, M3 Pro and M3 Max

M3 Max

Up to 92 billion transistors can be found in the Apple M3 Max. With up to 128GB of unified memory support, the 40-core GPU outperforms the M1 Max by up to 50%. With twelve performance cores and four efficiency cores, the 16-core CPU outperforms the M1 Max by up to eighty per cent. It is equipped with two ProRes engines.

M3 Pro

The Apple M3 Pro features an 18-core GPU and 37 billion transistors. Compared to the M1 Pro, the GPU is up to 40% quicker. Up to 36GB of unified memory are supported. With six performance cores and six efficiency cores, the 12-core CPU design offers up to 30% better single-threaded performance than the M1 Pro.

M3

With 25 billion transistors, the Apple M3 has 5 billion more than the M2. With its 10-core GPU and next-generation architecture, it outperforms the M1 by 65 per cent in terms of graphics performance. With four performance cores and four efficiency cores, the M3’s eight-core CPU outperforms the M1 by up to 35 per cent. Additionally, it supports unified memory up to 24GB.

Consume much less power

According to Apple, the M3, M3 Pro, and M3 Max’s efficiency helps the MacBook Pro and iMac achieve Apple’s energy efficiency criteria and allows the MacBook Pro to have the longest Mac battery life ever—up to 22 hours.
