Apple Watch: With a new power-saving mode in the next watchOS 9 update, Apple is prepared to increase the watch’s battery life. The Control Center or settings menu can be used to manually enable the mode.
When there is a 10% battery left, the latest update will alert users
The source claims that the freshly implemented feature will alert customers when there is only 10% battery life left and quicklshutts off after charging to 80%.
The battery-saving mode disables the most power-hungry features, including the always-on display, heart rate notifications, arrhythmia tracking, and heart rate and blood oxygen readings. After turning on energy-saving mode, the workout reminders feature will not function.
The mode will reportedly turn off Wi-Fi and cellular connectivity if there isn’t an iPhone nearby that is synced to the watch. This function would pick up charging habits from users.
It calculates the best time to fully charge the battery based on usage patterns, just like the iPhone
