Asus ROG Phone 8 Gaming is expected to make its global debut soon. The Taiwan-based smartphone brand has released the teaser of the upcoming ROG Phone 8 recently. The smartphone has been spotted on several certification websites. Check out more details of the gaming spec smartphone below.
Asus shared an image of ROG Phone 8 in which the smartphone is partially visible. Additionally, the teased image says “Coming Soon”. If you are unaware of Asus’ ROG lineup, these are flagship smartphones manufactured by the Taiwanese brand designed specifically to meet gaming needs. The all-new series is expected to include the standard ROG Phone 8, ROG Phone 8 Pro and the top-end variant ROG Phone 8 Ultra.
ROG Phone 8: What Gamers Can Expect
As seen in the officially shared teaser images, the device seems to feature a toned-down design that looks similar to the previously launched ROG Phone 7. The device gets the company’s branding on the back panel with the RGB ROG logo. There are no confirmed details of the camera module design of the smartphone, but it is expected to get a square-shaped camera module different from the ROG Phone 7.
As far as the power is concerned, the device is expected to feature the latest and one of the most powerful Snapdragon 8 Gen 3 processor. The powerhouse will be coupled with up to 24GB of RAM in the top-end variant.
The upcoming device will retain its game specs from the previous model. It will get a landscape-mounted Type-C port and the Asus ROG RGB logo at the back.
