ChatGPT: OpenAI has announced that users of ChatGPT, a premium generative AI-based solution, can now archive their chats. This allows users to remove the chats from the sidebar without ending the conversation. The Android version of the app will shortly include the new feature, which is currently exclusive to the ChatGPT web and iOS apps.
ChatGPT’s new feature details
In an X post announcing the new functionality, OpenAI said, “You can now archive your chats in ChatGPT! Archive removes chats from your sidebar without deleting them. You can see your archived chats in Settings. Currently available on Web and iOS, with Android coming soon.”
