Elon Musk live streams himself playing Diablo lV
A staff member assisted Musk in putting up the stream properly for the first twelve minutes of the 52-minute show on X, formerly known as Twitter. 20,000 people watched X in total, with a concurrent viewership of no more than 1,300. Musk created a second handle specifically for the stream and avoided promoting it on his main account. He chose to host the stream on an account with the name cyb3rgam3r420 after playing a tier 69 dungeon in the game.
Elon Musk is a well-known player and a devotee of Diablo. Gamers were invited to play with him and even attempted to kill him in the game.
“Am in the Diablo PvP arena for ~10 mins if anyone wants to kill me lol,” he posted.
X to take on Twitch
It will be intriguing to watch how much creators make from X’s revenue generation program, which was established two months ago, given it now directly competes with Twitch, one of the biggest video game broadcasting services in the world. Twitch’s popularity could be impacted if X’s video game broadcasting service gains traction and players swarm to the brand-new platform.
X’s Ad Revenue Program eligibility criteria
To earn money through the advertising revenue programme at X, creators must meet certain criteria. They must subscribe to X Blue (Twitter Blue) and have at least 500 followers on it. Additionally, they must have had at least 5 million views across all of their posts in the last three months.
If you satisfy all of these criteria, you can earn money via Twitter. Note that only individual accounts are eligible for the Revenue Programme.
