Flipkart: The online retailer Flipkart has launched bus services on its app in an effort to accommodate the needs of the growing number of commuters in the intercity transport market.
Flipkart will give users access to 10 million bus connections, covering more than 25,000 routes throughout India, through agreements with numerous state transportation agencies and private aggregators. Read on to know more.
Flipkart Bus Booking Service
Users find it easy to purchase tickets for the recently launched bus service on Flipkart’s platform. Just open the Flipkart app (available on both Android and iPhone), and go to the travel section. The service has a number of important features that are intended to improve customer ease. First of all, the entire booking process is transparent because there are neither convenience fees nor hidden costs.
The website includes a voice helpdesk that is available around the clock, supercoin redemption offers up to Rs 50, and bus reservations that are free of convenience fees. The Walmart-backed startup Flipkart reported that since its Initial launch, its Flights and Hotels services have been continuously growing.
