Google: With a unique Doodle, Google Doodle celebrates its 25th birthday today. Although Google is constantly looking ahead, birthdays offer a chance to look back. In this article, we will tell you about Google’s amazing journey that started exactly 25 years ago.
How did Google start?
Google is the first thing that springs to mind for anyone who needs to search for anything. Google has emerged as the go-to source for information. The majority of people may not be aware that Google began in a garage, yet today it is an international giant. Comparatively speaking, no other search engine has been able to surpass Google in this regard.
This search engine was developed in Susan Wojcicki’s garage by Larry Page and Sergey Brin. Both of them were PhD candidates at Stanford University in California at the time they built this incredible search engine.
They learned that they both shared the same goal of making the World Wide Web more accessible. They both put in a lot of effort while working from their dorm rooms to create a superior search engine prototype. As the project advanced, they moved to Google’s first office, a rented garage, where business was conducted. On September 27, 1998, Google Inc. was formally established.
Google has gained a place in people’s hearts and minds. People trust Google and venture on unfamiliar routes without any prior knowledge because they are confident that they can Google any issue they encounter.
Google Doodle
In order to mark this momentous day, the Google Doodle will change three times anytime you search on Google today. To start, it will appear in its old avatar, which will then be replaced by the new Google avatar and a new colour. In honour of its 25th birthday, a unique G25gle will be visible.
