Google has started rolling out November update for Pixel smartphone this week. The update is aimed to solve a major multi-user bug issue coming in the Pixel smartphones.
The new update comes with a fix for Pixel 6 and later models which are running on Android 14 and facing a bug displaying out of space or a problem while rebooting. The company has started pushing updates to fix these bugs today and will continue till the end of this week.
Google Pixel smartphone users operating multiple accounts on their smartphone were facing storage issues that made devices completely useless. Some other devices had limited storage access and Android’s dual system partitions and backup systems failed to prevent this issue.
Google suggested that users can Factory reset their device to get things back to normal, majority of the users didn’t adopt this way to solve the bug. Tech giant also pushed an instant fix patch via Google Play System Updates, but the update also failed to prevent this bug.
Latest Update for Pixel Phones
Last week, Google told Pixel users to not login or create another user profile. Although, with the latest update by the company, it is now safe to proceed to do the same, but after backing up all their data.
Additionally, the latest update on Pixel smartphone has also improved some other functionalities of the smartphones which include NFC, user interface, graphics and display of the Pixel devices.
