In comparison to earlier versions, the company has included all functionality in its latest action camera. GoPro Hero 12 Black specs
Although the new GoPro Hero 12 Black appears to be pretty identical to its predecessor, it does differ in a few ways. First and foremost, GoPro is introducing HDR support for videos captured in 5.3K and 4K resolutions. A new vertical capture mode for shooting photos and movies in the 9:16 aspect ratio is also included. 8:7 mode is now available for Timewarp, Time Lapse, Night Effects, and Night Lapse.
The GoPro Hero 12 Black now includes HyperSmooth 6.0 with AutoBoost, which is said to analyse four times more data to give improved stabilisation. The Hero 12 Black now supports GP Log+LUTS with 10-bit colour. If you take a lot of shots with your GoPro, there’s a new feature called Interval Shots that can shoot time-lapse photos ranging from 0.5 seconds to 120 seconds.
This year, the company will also include Bluetooth audio recording in the Hero 12 Black. Users can attach their Bluetooth headphones to the GoPro to record audio, use voice commands remotely, and listen to camera alerts. The GoPro Hero 12 Black can pair with up to four Bluetooth devices at once.
