Hot Spot

Hot Spot is basically an imaging technology which uses infrared camera to detect the heat signs on equipments or clothing of a player. It is specifically used to make sure that ball’s hitting area such as bat, gloves or bat. Hot Spot technology shows heat signatures to the umpire which helps him to make right decisions.
