Infinix Smart 8: Infinix has recently expanded its smartphone range with another budget smartphone, the Smart 8. The recently launched smartphone comes with a largely similar design to the Smart 8 HD. However, it differs from the Smart 8 HD in terms of specs. Infinix Smart 8 Detailed Specs
Infinix Smart 8 comes with a 6.6-inch HD+ display which supports a high refresh rate of 90 Hz and a peak brightness of 500 nits. The device’s display comes with a punch-hole design that incorporates a selfie camera and it is officially called Magic Ring by the smartphone brand.
The Magic Ring is essentially a pill-shaped cutout that displays charging and status updates which looks similar to Apple’s Dynamic Island. The Infinix Smart 8 also comes with a side fingerprint sensor which is integrated into the device’s power button.
The Infinix Smart 8 comes with a gradient design and a squarish camera module at the back. The primary camera on the device is a 50MP camera coupled with an auxiliary lens and an LED flash. In the front, the device gets an 8MP shooter for selfies and video calls.
In terms of power, the device gets a multitasking Helio G36 processor which comes coupled with 4GB RAM and 64GB internal storage. However, users can expand the device’s storage up to 2TB with a microSD card. Infinix Smart 8 is powered by a 5000 mAh battery which supports 10-watt charging. Additionally, the device runs on Android 13 based on XOS 13.

The Infiinix Smart 8 is priced at Rs. 7499 for the sole 4GB RAM and 64 GB internal storage variant. Customers can choose from 4 colour options- Galaxy White, Rainbow Blue, Timber Black and Shiny Gold. The device will go on first sale on January 15 via Flipkart.
