Instagram to have new creative features

Birthday Feature

Birthday celebrations are among the most popular activities on Instagram, especially among younger users. Meta has included the ‘Birthday’ option to further enhance the excitement of this experience.

Multiple lists in stories

You will be able to add more than just Close Friends to your lists with this new functionality. Soon, you will be able to make lists for your family, friends, and pretty much anyone you want.

Audio and Selfie Video Notes

Younger users are expected to use the “Audio Notes” and “Selfie Video Notes” capabilities excessively, according to the sources. Instagram will allow users to send audio notes, elevating the widely used “Notes” feature among youths and teens to a new level. To speed up the process and improve communication, users can record their voices and share the audio with friends. This feature is probably the same or better than what’s already available in Telegram and WhatsApp.

Similar to Telegram’s and WhatsApp’s short-video message function, Instagram‘s “Selfie Video Notes” will allow users to capture and transmit self-portraits to share and communicate messages. According to sources, the videos would continuously play with the notes for a full day. This function allows for the sharing of numerous personal, recreational, and instructive experiences.
