The new collaboration also aims to provide a more localized experience to the users with Google Generative AI real-time translation capabilities. Automated translation offers users enhanced accessibility on the travel platform. Google Generative AI will translate reviews, activity descriptions and other user-generated data in multiple languages which will make it much more engaging than before.
AI-Powered Chatbot
Apart from the automated translation, this collaboration will also witness a new AI chatbot that will be integrated into Klook’s website and mobile application. This AI-powered chatbot will answer all the queries made by customers. It will be also able to help interested customers to book activities. Additionally, Klook also has plans to extend its AI-powered services to AI-powered travel guides and for making personalised travel itineraries for customers.
