Motorola Razr: Motorola was expected to release the Razr’s replacement this year, in 2021, but it appears that the company decided to wait until the phone was available everywhere. Motorola added the Edge 30 Ultra and Edge 30 Fusion as two new phones to the Edge 30 line in place of the Razr. The largest-ever 200-megapixel camera sensor discovered in a camera made the Edge 30 Ultra stand out. Now, though, there are rumours that Motorola will introduce not one, but two foldable phones in the Razr line this year.

According to tipper Evan Blass, Motorola could release two phones bearing the Razr name by the end of the year. Venus and Juno are the codenames for the phones. “There will be two RAZRs released the following year: Venus and Juno.

Foldables from other companies

After Samsung introduced the Fold 4 and the Flip, foldable phones are starting to become popular. We may anticipate the introduction of foldable devices from companies like Vivo and Oppo in the near future. The Samsung Galaxy Z Flip 4 is comparable to the clamshell style of Motorola’s Razr series.
A rollable was recently on display by Motorola at Lenovo Tech World 2022. There was no clamshell design on the phone.

Razrs in China

The Razr 2022 has earlier been introduced in China by the Lenovo-owned business. No other nation gave the smartphone official status. The Moto Razr 2022 has two screens. While the secondary display has a 2.65-inch OLED with an 800 x 573-pixel resolution, the primary display has a 6.67-inch OLED with a resolution of 2,400 x 1,080 pixels.

Motorola Razr branded phones: Expected variants

The Snapdragon 8+ Gen 1 chipset, Qualcomm’s top processor, provides power to the Moto Razr 2022. The Moto Razr 2022 smartphone is available with three different RAM capacities: 8GB, 12GB, and 18GB. Motorola is anticipated to release various storage configurations, including 128GB, 256GB, and 512GB, in addition to various RAM variants.
