Nothing Phone (2) design and glyph interface revealed before the official launch on 11th July, Details

Nothing Phone (2): After weeks of rumour and speculation, the Nothing Phones (2)‘s design has finally been made public. The smartphone was highlighted in a video by well-known YouTuber MKBHD, and we can see a new “Glyph Interface” on the rear, which is formed of 33 LED lighting zones adjustable by software instead of 12 LEDs on the Phone (1). To allow for additional customization, the upgraded Glyph module employs more LED lights. The smartphone’s rounded edges are highlighted in the video in contrast to the previous Nothing device’s squared-off edges. Nothing teased the exact same style a month ago.

Nothing Phone (2) design

The Nothing Phone (2) has curved edges as opposed to the flat edges of the Phone (1), which is a very minor design modification that will probably go unnoticed. However, a makeover and new functionality have been added to the Glyph Interface in the back. There hasn’t really been any division of the LED lights into smaller components, giving users additional customization options. 33 distinct LED illumination zones that can be controlled by the software are now included.

The timer and the volume indication are two examples of elements that the Glyph Interface has been built to sync with. In this way, whenever you change the level, the LED light will also change in step with you. It will also roll down when a timer’s countdown is set. Additionally, Nothing has partnered with outside applications like Uber and Zomato to incorporate the Glyph Interface, giving users more control over the LED lights.
