Nothing Phone 2: A number of improvements, both in terms of hardware and software, were included in Nothing Phone (2)’s launch last month. It debuted with Nothing OS 2.0 on the software front, which adds additional features to the Glyph Interface and allows users to customise ringtones. By releasing Nothing OS 2.0.2 today, the business has further enhanced the software functionality on the Phone (2).
Nothing Phone 2 update details
One of the first software updates for the Phone (2) is currently available, with a greater emphasis on improving the functionality and experience of the camera.
- Photo clarity was improved in 50 MP mode.
- Stability and contrast have been improved when taking videos with the back camera.

Additional improvements
The update adds the July 2023 security patches, increased touchscreen responsiveness and network dependability for “multiple global carriers,” improved performance for some games when played in HDR, and an overall increase in system stability.
Dirac Audio, Google Wallet, and Bluetooth Quick Settings problems have all been resolved, and so has a problem that rendered ‘double tap to wake’ ineffective.
