But is this much hype worth it for this device or is this a result of the ad strategy of the brand? The Nothing Phone 2a gets the Nothing’s signature transparent back design just like its predecessors. The offered Glyph lighting makes Nothing Phone 2a a standout device from its competitors. The Glyph interface offers multiple customization options to the users as it can be synced with the notifications. But, some people find this feature useless and gimmicky in the Nothing Phones
According to my experience with Nothing Phone 2a, I’ll say that the device feels quite good in the hand and it has a premium build quality. But for me also the Glyph lighting feature was not so useful, but interesting.
Nothing Phone 2a Review: Power
Nothing Phone 2a comes equipped with a powerful MediaTek Dimensity 7200 Pro processor which is specially designed in collaboration with MediaTek for the Phone 2a. Mediatek Dimensity 7200 Pro is a mid-range device that allows the smartphone to smoothly perform multi-tasking and light gaming. After using the device for around 10 days, I can say that Phone 2a is a multi-tasking master, but it struggles to maintain temperature during high-performance tasks. The reason is simple, it is not made for such tasks.
Nothing Phone 2a Software: An Apparent Gamechanger
After Apple’s iOS and Samsung’s OneUI, Nothing OS has emerged as one of the best operating systems in the smartphone. Nothing OS is a very clean and bloatware-less operating system that provides users with a smooth experience. Apart from this, Nothing OS offers multiple customization features. Talking about the Nothing Phone 2a, the device runs on Nothing OS.

The device competes with devices such as Motorola Edge 40 Neo, Edge 40 and IQOO Neo 7 Pro. According to me, Nothing Phone 2a is a good device in its price segment. Although some of its rivals offer better value for money, you should always hear your own voice while making buying decisions.
