Nothing Phone: Phone 2 isn’t happening soon. In a recent tweet by the company’s founder, Carl Pei, it is made very clear that there is no Nothing Phone 2 in the works right now. Instead, the company is focusing on Phone 1 for the time being, and Nothing has plans for its software, the Android 13 update, and more.
The Nothing Phone 1 was announced in July as a mid-range Android phone. Its price in India has gone down several times over the past few months. Carl Pei says in his tweet that for now, the company is focusing on the Phone 1 and working on software updates, especially the Android 13 update. “There are no plans to release Phone 2 any time soon. We’re focused on doing a few things well and won’t make dozens of products a year like many other companies,” Carl wrote in his most recent tweet.
