Chinese smartphone company, OnePlus has confirmed that the OnePlus 12 and OnePlus 12R will make global debut soon. The confirmed announced the latest information on the Never Settle Summit organised in Antwerp, Belgium. Never Settle Summit was organised to mark the tenth anniversary of the OnePlus brand since its launch. During the event. Alexander Vanderhaeghe, country manager of OnePlus Benelux made an official announcement that OnePlus 12 and OnePlus 12R will be globally launched on January 23, 2024.
OnePlus 12: Details
OnePlus 12 comes with a 6.82-inch curved OLED display with QHD+ resolution supporting a high refresh rate of 120Hz. The device gets a triple rear camera setup at the back with a primary sensor of 50MP featuring advanced Hasselblad technology. Other features of the device include WiFi 7, BT V.5.4 and 5G connectivity. The flagship device gets a big 5400 mAh battery supporting 100-watt fast charging and 50-watt wireless charging.
OnePlus 12R: Details
Some leaks circulating on the web have suggested that the OnePlus 12R will be equipped with the powerful Snapdragon 8 Gen 2 processor when compared to the OnePlus 12 featuring the latest Snapdragon 8 Gen 3 processor. There are no other specs details available for the OnePlus 12R. But, it is expected that the company will tease this device on its official handles soon.
OnePlus 12 and 12R: Expected Price in India
OnePlus 12 is expected to launch at the same price as its predecessor OnePlus 11 which is now priced at Rs. 56980 for the 8GB+128GB variant. While the OnePlus 12R can be priced under Rs. 45000 in India
