Optoma to unveil L1+, the world’s lightest ultra-short-throw home projector that supports VRR, all you need to know

Optoma L+: The L1+ from Optoma is a 4K HD Ultra Short Throw Projector. This model was just announced. At the end of this month, the device will be demonstrated at the Taipei International Audio Show. The show is presented at The Grand Hotel from the 15th to the 18th of December. It is anticipated that the device would make its official debut somewhere around the beginning of 2023. There is currently only a limited amount of information available regarding the L1+ projector; however, additional specifics are anticipated to be disclosed in the next weeks.

One of the lightest projector

The Optoma L1+ is marketed as an in-home projector that can be used for both gaming and enjoying movies. The company says that the gadget is small and one of the lightest in its category, which makes it simple to move from one room to another in the house; however, the precise measurements and weight of the device have not yet been disclosed. It has been mentioned that the L1+ comes with built-in streaming services; however, the particular platforms have not yet been disclosed. Optoma asserts that their new projector is the first extreme short throw model to support VRR, a feature that enables more seamless gameplay.

Optoma will also demonstrate its UHZ65LV model in addition to its brand-new 4K UST projector during the event. This 4K projector has a contrast ratio of 2,000,000:1, and it can produce up to 5,000 lumens of brightness thanks to the use of a laser light source. Inputs on the device include VGA connectors in addition to HDMI 2.0 and HDMI 1.4 connections. There is no information available on the price of the new Optoma L1+ projector.
