POCO C61 India Launch: POCO recently confirmed the India launch date for its upcoming device, the POCO C61. The device will be making its India debut on March 26, 2024. The upcoming device will join the brand’s C series in India. The POCO C61 will be introduced as a budget device for which the C series is known in the country. POCO C61 Design
The company has confirmed that the device will feature a premium design with a golden ring and glass back design similar to the recently launched Realme 12 Series. In the teased images, the device can be seen carrying the “Luxury Smartwatch” design. The device’s design is inspired by the Realme 12 Pro series and the Lava Blaze 2 5G.
POCO C61 Expected Specs
According to the device’s microsite visible on the e-commerce website Flipkart, the POCO C61 will come equipped with a 5000 mAh battery and 90 Hz refresh rate display. The upcoming smartphone is also confirmed to feature an AI camera paired with an LED flashlight. The device seems to be a rebranded avatar of the Redmi A3 launched last month.
Some rumours suggest that the device will be powered by a Mediatek Dimensity Helio G36 processor and an 8MP primary camera paired with an auxiliary lens. Furthermore, the device is tipped to get a 5MP front camera for selfies and video calls. Other details of the device are still under wraps.
POCO C61 Expected Price in India
However, the company has not released any details regarding the price of the smartphone. But being a C Series, we expect that the POCO C61 will be priced under Rs 10000 in India. On the other hand, the Redmi A3 is already available with a price tag of Rs. 8299 for the 4GB RAM and 128GB storage variant in India.
