Redmi to launch K60 series on 27th December, all you need to know before it’s launch

Redmi K60: The Redmi K60 series has been the subject of numerous leaks in the past. The debut date for this series has finally been announced by the manufacturer. Additionally, the firm provided a teaser poster along with the launch date for the series. This teaser poster provides the first official look at the phone’s design. Let us inform you that the Redmi K-series of smartphones will likely include the Redmi K60, Redmi K60 Pro, and Redmi K60E. Although a device is seen in the teaser poster, there is still some uncertainty surrounding it at the moment.

Xiaomi announced the Redmi K60 series’ launch date on the Chinese microblogging platform Weibo. On December 27, this series will be released in China. As we previously noted, the firm has revealed the teaser poster for the forthcoming flagship smartphone in addition to the launch date. Through this poster, the series has been given its first-ever official look. Which of the revealed designs is for the K60, K60 Pro, or K60E is currently unclear.

Redmi K60 series design

Speaking about the design, the phone has a curved back panel, where the textural grip is visible. In addition to this, the phone’s rear panel features a grey colour option. A triple rear camera arrangement with two circular cutouts has also been added to the phone’s back, in addition to this. Along with the camera sensor, an LED flash is also included in the camera module. The camera module confirms the phone’s capabilities for optical image stabilisation (OIS). On the top side of the phone, there is a secondary speaker grill and microphone.

According to previous leaks, the Redmi K60 will have a 6.67-inch AMOLED display. While the Redmi K60E can have a Full HD+ display, the Redmi K60 and K60 Pro can have a 2K display. There will be a 120Hz refresh rate on all three phones. The phone will additionally include a Snapdragon 8 Gen 2 processor. The Redmi K60E phone can be equipped with a MediaTek Dimensity 8200 processor.

The camera on the gadget can have a 64MP primary sensor, an 8MP ultra wide lens, a 2MP macro lens, and a 16MP selfie camera. A 5,500mAh battery that supports 67W fast charging is included to supply power.
