Samsung Galaxy A54 on Geekbench

The Geekbench 5 benchmark database now lists the upcoming Samsung Galaxy A54 5G with the model number SM-A546B. The single-core Geekbench 5 test result for the next Samsung mid-range smartphone was 776 points. In contrast, the score in the multi-core round was 2599 points.

The benchmark listing also identifies an octa-core CPU with the codename s5e8835 and 4 + 4 variants. Four of the eight cores—the ones that should be the performance cores—are clocked at 2.40GHz. The other four cores, which run at 2.0GHz, appear to be efficiency cores. A Mali G68 GPU is also mentioned in the listing. These indicate that the smartphone might be equipped with an Exynos 1380 processor.

The Geekbench listing also makes mention of a 6GB memory option. However, we might also anticipate the phone to come with 8GB of RAM. Additionally, the mid-range phone will ship with Android 13 already installed, according to the benchmark listing, but as is usual, OneUI will be applied on top of it.

Samsung’s forthcoming mid-range smartphone is expected to have a 5100mAh battery. We may anticipate that it will also support 25W fast charging.
