Samsung: Samsung is now putting the finishing touches on a new wearable device. After smartwatches, earphones, AR glasses, etc., this will be the new digital wearable smart device. The South Korean business will advertise its product as a health tracker that fits on the finger like a ring. By connecting this device to their smartphone, users will have access to their health information. The corporation hasn’t made any official announcements about the product yet.
Samsung Galaxy ring in the works
Galaxy Ring is one possible name for this wearable smart device from Samsung. The South Korean company has reportedly been working on this wearable smart ring for a long time and is in the final stages of development.
The Elec, a South Korean publication, has provided this information regarding Galaxy Ring. The board for the tiny device will be made by a PCB supplier for the ring, the article said. Meiko, a Japanese PCB supplier, has been contracted by the business for this. This business provided the PCB for the Samsung Galaxy S23 Series.
Launch details
No signs of a launch have, however, been seen as of yet. With regard to smart rings, Samsung’s SmartThings app recently added functionality, however, it’s possible that this is only the case for partner brands’ items.
