Stable Money: India's first digital fixed-return investment platform launched, Details

Stable Money: Stable Money, a fixed-return investing platform, has created the country’s first fixed-deposit (FD) marketplace for retail investors. It is an online marketplace that focuses on offering people dependable fixed-income investing alternatives. This fintech portal gives users access to fixed deposits (FDs), debt mutual funds, bonds, and other low-risk asset types. Stable Money compares FD interest rates from over 200 banks and helps users manage and track their FDs using digital tools.

Stable Money, an online investing company launched in late 2022 by Saurabh Jain and Harish Reddy, made its debut last month by selling FDs to users. Currently, Axis Bank, Utkarsh Small Finance Bank, and Bajaj Finance offer FDs.

They hope to add 15-20 banks by next year, as well as offer corporate bonds, sovereign gold bonds, and other fixed-return securities.

Stable Money has developed a number of new features that are shaping fixed-income investments. Among these features is the Break FD, which allows investors to access funds prior to maturity without jeopardising returns. Additionally, there is FD Laddering, a function that assists investors in maintaining a balanced portfolio by taking both liquidity and returns into account. Finally, the Switch FD feature allows investors to make quick modifications in response to market fluctuations.

What did the company say?

“We’re here to provide a financial safety net that assures stability and resilience, especially in these unpredictable times,” Founders Saurabh Jain and Harish Reddy said, adding that the objective is to “democratise fixed-return investments and provide a transparent, user-friendly avenue”.
