Google owned G-mail or Google Mail is an electronic mail service available globally. It is nowadays the most widely used service. However, almost everyone or the majority of people have at least one Gmail account with them. Subsequently, it is now more than any formal conversations platform or professional talk ups. It contains a lot of unused G-MAIL features that many people are still unaware of. In this series, a tech content creator named Roni Rahman on X posted a tweet elaborating the special features of Gmail. These features of Gmail are mostly unused as people often use this platform for their professional or other similar related works. They don’t use it like other social sites including Facebook and Instagram.
The content creator has said in his tweet that “Gmail is used by over 1.8 billion users. But most people miss out on its best features.”

Undo Your email
There is an option of undoing your emails after deleting it within 30 seconds. For this, you will have to fix it by doing this.
Go to Settings > General > Undo Send and Select 30 seconds.
Send Confidential emails
The Gmail users can send confidential emails. It expires after a set time or can be revoked at any time. The recipients would not be able to forward or download the confidential messages or attachments sent to them.
Schedule Your emails
You can schedule your time to send an email to your recipient list. It will allow you to send any email without coming online at that moment.
Restore email option
The tech content creator has also stated that people can restore emails even when not having an internet connection. For this, they will have to go through the following process.
Gmail Settings > Offline.
. Check the Enable offline email checkbox.
. Choose your sync settings and click Save Changes.
Smart Compose feature
Gmail’s Smart Compose feature is another such feature that is really needful and can help the senders to write faster by completing the sentences as you type. The content developer has also talked about the steps to enable this feature. It follows by: Go to Settings > See all settings > Smart Compose and turn on Writing Suggestions.
Snooze feature
The next feature is Gmail’s snooze feature from where you can snooze your emails. It will stop showing those unimportant emails in your inbox for a period of time as long as you want.
Multiple account customisation
You can customise all your accounts and see every email at a single place . This feature prevents you from opening your multiple accounts one by one. You can activate this feature by the following process. Go to Settings > Accounts and Import > Add a mail account
Auto Advance feature
A very special feature for all those whose accounts are running out of space and they want to free up space. So, if you use the “Auto Advance” feature, it will take you directly to the next email after you delete or archive one.
Add Labels to your emails
You can also use this feature to reduce your time in finding any particular email by adding labels to it. You can add multiple labels which will easily relocate that particular email whenever you want. Labels act like tags.
