Vivo X100: The first phones running the Dimensity 9300 chipset outside of China have made their debut in the global market with Vivo’s release of the X100 and X100 Pro. Nevertheless, the brand has not yet verified the X100 and X100 Pro’s precise market availability or price. Read on to know more about these smartphones.
Vivo X100 and X100 Pro specs
The Vivo X100 Pro and Vivo X100 share identical internal components; the two phones differ mostly in terms of the camera and battery.
The 6.78-inch LTPO AMOLED display on the Vivo X100 Pro and X100 has a refresh rate of 120Hz and a resolution of 1,260 x 2,800 pixels. A 4nm MediaTek Dimensity 9300 SoC powers both devices; however, the Vivo X100 Pro is equipped with the more recent V3 imaging chip, while the X100 must swap out its outdated V2 chip.
A 64-megapixel Zeiss super-telephoto camera, a 50-megapixel ultra-wide-angle camera, and a standard 50-megapixel primary camera with OIS are all included in the less expensive Vivo X100. For selfies, a 32-megapixel camera is used. The phone lacks wireless charging but has a 5,000mAh battery and offers quicker 120W wired charging.
The 50-megapixel Zeiss APO super-telephoto camera with 4.3X zoom, a 50-megapixel ultra-wide-angle camera, and a 1-inch type 50-megapixel primary camera with optical image stabilisation (OIS) are all included in the Vivo X100 Pro’s camera lineup. For selfies, a 32-megapixel camera is used. With a 5,400mAh battery, the phone can be charged wirelessly or with a 100W cable charger.
Price details
The Vivo X100 and X100 Pro are priced at 3,999 Yuan and 4,999 Yuan, respectively, in China. Although the phones’ international prices are unknown, Vivo has announced that both models will come in Startrail Blue and Asteroid Black colour options, in addition to a 16GB RAM and 512GB storage combination.
