Apple: In a recent interview during an Italian university’s commencement ceremony, as reported by CNBC, Cook said that Apple’s success is directly linked to its culture. During the same interview, the Apple CEO talked about qualities that the company looks for in candidates during the hiring process.
So, what are the qualities that Apple looks for while hiring a candidate?
According to CEO Tim Cook, collaboration is essential because everyone at Apple contributes to the creation of its goods. According to Cook, who was quoted by the journal, “we look for the underlying intuition that if I share my concept with you, that idea will grow, get bigger, and get better.”
Other characteristics include “creativity and curiosity.” Apple’s CEO stated that the corporation seeks out individuals with diverse viewpoints. He said, “We search for people who think differently — who can examine an issue without getting bogged down in the orthodoxy of how that problem has traditionally been [handled].” In addition, Cook mentioned that he enjoys those that have a childlike curiosity.
There are never any silly inquiries, he declared.
The final quality is expertise. Cook stated.
