WhatsApp New Features: WhatsApp has recently added four new features for channels which will significantly improve the user experience. Now, all the admins of a channel will be able to send voice messages to their users. These features will allow admins to provide their users with updates promptly.
Polls
The second new feature that arrived in the channels is polls. Earlier, the Polls were limited to private chats and groups. Polls will allow celebs and brands to collect the opinions of their followers efficiently.
Multiple Admins
The third exciting feature added to the Channels is multiple admins. Yes, you read right, channels will now be able to have multiple admins. This feature will allow big organisations and celebs who need to reply to the queries of their followers quickly.
Direct Sharing of the Channel Updates
The fourth newly added feature is that now followers of any Channel will be able to share the updates of the Channels directly to their WhatsApp status. This feature will boost the growth of Channels.
