Samsung Galaxy Ring: The Vice President of Samsung, Hon Pak, made an important statement regarding Samsung’s position in the mobile market when he stated, in a roundtable talk at this year’s MWC, that the next Galaxy Ring will not be compatible with iPhones. Read on to learn more.
Samsung Galaxy Ring will not be compatible with iPhone
According to Hon Pak, Samsung has faith in its product and understands that switching between Android and iOS might be difficult, but the company’s smartphones are on par with Apple’s, so there are excellent reasons to utilise Samsung’s ecosystem instead of sticking with Apple. Furthermore, he mentioned that Samsung is developing integration for Android devices other than Samsung phones.
Expected Specs
Regarding the Galaxy Ring, which it indicated will be released this year, Samsung has not formally confirmed any specifications. Nonetheless, the business has been fielding inquiries about the Galaxy Ring from the MWC’s tech community. The Galaxy Ring will be available in nine different sizes and three colour options: black, gold, and silver, the company stated in a press release.
Samsung verified that the carrying capacity of the Galaxy Ring will vary based on its size in a statement given to CNET during the event. There are reports that the largest ring will contain a 21.5 mAh battery, while the smallest ring will have a 14.5 mAh battery.
