Wipro: An updated project with the name of Wipro ai360 has been introduced. Through this project, Wipro hopes to incorporate artificial intelligence (AI) into each aspect of its business practices and client solutions. Additionally, Wipro will make a $1 billion investment over the following three years in developing AI capabilities.
How will ai360 help Wipro?
Wipro ai360, according to the business, will build an ecosystem for responsible AI-based innovation. Wipro’s expertise in data analytics and AI will be combined with its technology and advisory services in the new tool. Expanding AI, data, and analytics solutions, creating new research and platforms, and improving cloud and consulting capabilities will be the main priorities.
$1 billion to be invested in the next 3 years
According to Wipro, the $1 billion investment would expand the company’s AI, data, and analytics capabilities and create new consulting skills to aid clients in embracing AI and maximising its potential. To provide generative AI-focused businesses with the training they need to be “enterprise-ready,” the company will launch a GenAI seed Accelerator programme.
Over the course of the following year, it will also train all 250,000 employees on the foundations of AI and how to utilise it responsibly. For workers in AI-specific professions, it will also offer more specialised, continuous training.
Wipro CEO and Managing Director Thierry Delaporte said, “Artificial Intelligence is a fast-moving field, especially with the emergence of generative AI, we expect a fundamental shift up ahead, for all industries. New business models, new ways of working, and new challenges, too. This is exactly why Wipro’s ai360 ecosystem places responsible AI operations at the heart of all our AI work. It’s meant to empower our talent pool and be ubiquitous across all our operations and processes, as well as our solutioning for clients. We are ready for the AI-driven future!”
