Xiaomi 14 and 14 Pro: Xiaomi has launched its new flagship smartphone in China. The new series includes two products- Xiaomi 14 and Xiaomi 14 Pro. While launching the new smartphone series, the brand also introduced its new cross platform operating system, Hyper OS. The newly launched smartphone series is also expected to launch in India in the coming months. The main highlight about the new smartphone is their performance as they are powered by Qualcomm’s newly launched Snapdragon 8 Gen 3 processor. Check out more details of both the smartphones below.
Xiaomi 14: Features and Specs
Xiaomi 14 comes with a 6.36-inch display which supports 1.5K resolution and a high refresh rate of 120 Hz. According to the company claims, the device boasts a peak display brightness of 3000 Nits with a pixel density of 460 PPI. The smartphone comes powered with Snapdragon 8 Gen 3 SoC which is a recently launched flagship grade processor. The new device runs on HyperOS based on Android 14.
As far as the camera is concerned, the device comes with a 50MP main camera sensor with Leica Summilux lens with a 50MP telephoto optical zoom lens with f/1.6 aperture. Xiaomi 14 comes with a 32MP front camera, 4610 mAh battery with 90-Watt fast charging and 50-Watt Wireless charging.
Xiaomi 14 Pro Specifications
Xiaomi 14 Pro model features a relatively bigger 6.73-inch 2K resolution display with 120 Hz refresh rate. The Pro model also comes with a peak brightness of 3000 Nits, but features a higher pixel density of 522 PPI. The device gets power from the latest Snapdragon 8 Gen 3 SoC, it runs on HyperOS based on Android 14 out-of-the-box.
Xiaomi 14 Pro boasts a triple rear camera setup with variable aperture 50MP sensor (up to F/4.0), 50MP telephoto and 50MP Ultrawide sensor. At the front, the device has a 32MP selfie camera. Xiaomi 14 Pro comes with a relatively bigger battery of 4880 mAh with much faster 120-Watt fast charging and 50-Watt wireless charging.
