Xiaomi launches SU7 Electric Sedan with amazing features, will compete with Tesla and BYD, Details

Xiaomi SU7: With the introduction of the SU7, its first mass-produced car, Xiaomi, the Chinese electronics giant famous for its reasonably priced smartphones and devices, has formally joined the electric vehicle business. With its aggressive pricing point and competitive specs, the SU7 intends to disrupt China’s saturated EV market. In this article, we will tell you all you must know about this just-launched electric car.

Xiaomi SU7 specs

With a top speed of 265 km/h, the SU7 exhibits impressive acceleration, taking just 2.78 seconds to reach from zero to one hundred kilometres per hour. Similar to Tesla’s Cybertruck, its dual motors provide 637 horsepower and 838-newton metres of peak turbo power. Depending on the model, Xiaomi promises a range of 700 to 900 miles.
Utilising Xiaomi’s Hyper OS, the SU7 pairs with Xiaomi gadgets with ease. It has numerous screens, a wraparound cockpit, and driver assistance capabilities.

Design details

The SU7 sedan has a drag coefficient of 0.195 and measures five metres long by two metres wide. It has a refined, low stance. In addition to halo tail lights, active rear spoiler, and water drop headlights, Xiaomi offers nine other colour options.

Price details

73.6 kWh battery with a 700 km range is available in the base model, which costs 215,900 Chinese Yuans (around Rs 24,90,413). A 94.3 kWh battery with an 830-kilometre range powers the SU7 Pro, which costs 245,900 yuan (about Rs 28,36,464). At 299,900 yuan (about Rs 34,59,356), the top-of-the-line SU7 Max has a 101 kWh battery that offers nearly 900 km of range.
