Xiaomi: Following the release of numerous laptops over the past two years, Xiaomi is apparently working on two desktop PCs. According to leaks, one of the suspected desktop PCs is designed using design cues from the Apple Mac mini. The second desktop PC has a rectangular shape resembling classic and modern computer cases.
All we know about the Xiaomi desktops
The larger Xiaomi desktop computer appears to include dual-slot dedicated GPUs on a Mini-ITX motherboard with 100W power supply support. According to the source, it might not be the last or only device offered in the arrangement. The Mac-mini-inspired PC, on the other hand, is rumoured to have an AMD Ryzen 7 6800H APU, a 45W processor with a Radeon 680M RDNA2 GPU, 16GB of memory, and a 512GB SSD. The height could range from 1.4 to 1.6 inches, and the body would probably be made of aluminium. It is rumoured to cost CNY 3999. (roughly Rs 47,000).
If the rumour is true, Xiaomi will increase the number of products it offers and expand into other markets. With Xiaomi Cyberdog, the company has already entered the robot market and smart home markets.
Two new laptops are reportedly under development by the corporation for the Indian market. Xiaomi Notebook Pro Max and Notebook Ultra Max are possible names for laptops. The two notebooks’ specifications are yet unknown, but Xiaomi is probably going to include high-end displays and 12th-Gen Intel CPUs to draw buyers. The laptops might potentially have a metal exterior similar to the well-known Apple Macbooks.
Why was the launch postponed?
The debut in China was postponed due to Jiang Zemin’s passing, the former General Secretary of the Chinese Communist Party, even though the business may have announced these devices during its Xiaomi 13 series event on December 1.
