Viral video: In the midst of the bitter cold, social media is flooded with pictures of blizzards. Snow has covered the houses, and many of them are unable to even open their doors. Among these, a 2016 time-lapse video of a blizzard has become very popular online.
Video went viral
A tarmac road, parked cars, houses, trees, and a chair on a grassy area can all be seen in the opening scene of the video. Snow starts to fall and quickly covers the whole region. The area is covered in several feet of snow near the end of the clip, making it difficult to see what is below. The caption of the picture said, “48-hour timelapse of blizzard in 60 seconds.”

People are commenting fiercly
On December 29, Twitter user @weirdterrifying reposted this video, which has since received over 3 million views. There are many likes and comments on the video as well. In the Twitter comments, one person wrote, “For someone who lives in Australia and has never experienced this or really have it much thought, this video was fascinating. Thankyou for sharing.” Another one commented,”Seeing this much snow happen in 60 seconds makes it clear that climate change is real.”
