In today’s BBL 2022 match, Perth Scorchers team player Faf du Plessis saved the ball going for a six in the air with brilliant fielding. In fact, Melbourne team batsman Beau Webster played a big shot off Andrew Tye’s ball that was almost a six. Faf du Plessis fielded on the boundary line and caught the ball flying in the air before throwing it out of bounds to save a six.

Faf du Plessis, a former South African batsman, is spreading his fire in the BBL these days. Du Plessis, who was playing for the Perth Scorchers, hit 68 runs in 33 balls against the Melbourne Stars. So he hit 6 fours and 5 sixes in this inning. The Perth team won the match by a score of 61 runs.
