Box Office Collection: Shah Rukh Khan’s much-anticipated film Jawan received a lot of love from the audience on the first day. Fans celebrated the release of the film like a festival and they were hoping that SRK film would script history with its first-day collection. Reports circulated on the internet that Jawan will script history and the day 1 collection of the film shows the same. Jawan has scripted history with its first-day collection. Shah Rukh Khan’s Film became the biggest Hindi grosser ever with the collection of Rs 75 crore in India and it crossed the mark of 150 crore worldwide.

The theatres were going houseful after the release of the film and everyone speculated that Shah Rukh Khan was going to create history with his film. According to Sacnilk.com, Jawan earned more than Rs 75 crore in India in all languages with an occupancy rate of 58.67%. The film collected 65 crores in Hindi, Rs. 5 crore in Tamil, Rs. 5 crore in Telegu. The report claimed that this film is ‘the biggest opener of all time.’

Trade Analyst Ramesh Bala reported that the film is looking to reach collections at Rs 150 crore worldwide on Day 1. The Shah Rukh Khan starrer collected 400,000 AUD in Australia on the first and became the first Indian movie to top the charts at the Australian box office.
