Delhi: According to CCTV footage, a fight between two groups on Wednesday resulted in the death of a 27-year-old man in downtown Delhi. The victim, Nitesh, was struck by three people with sticks and rods, seriously injuring him. On Saturday, he passed away in a hospital. Additionally hurt were two of his friends.
Locals have protested the murder because they believe there is a communal motive. They assert that the killers were Muslim guys and that the victim was connected to the right-wing group Bajrang Dal. The altercation, according to the police, was over a small matter and had no connection to the community.

On Sunday, locals protested the killing by blocking the route.
Nitesh got into a confrontation with three youths — Ufiza, Abbas, and Adnan — who were riding a motorcycle on October 12 while standing outside of his home with his pals Monty and Alok, according to Deputy Commissioner of Police Shweta Chauhan. With sticks and iron rods, the latter group had brutally attacked the victims before fleeing.
“After being admitted to a hospital, Nitesh passed away late on Saturday night. After the postmortem, the police gave the body to the family members “said DCP Chauhan.
Numerous cases against Nitesh and Alok have already been filed, according to the police.
Some residents say that Nitesh was targeted by Muslims because he recently joined the Bajrang Dal. They also claimed that Nitesh was beaten up by a mob from the neighbouring mosque, although the police dispute this.
According to the authorities, a small argument had grown out of control and had no communal undertones. They are seeking for the three suspects after filing a murder case.
