As a result, the Delhi Metro Rail Corporation has issued a plea to its passengers, urging them to abstain from participating in such explicit behaviors.

The video captures the boy seated on the floor with the girl lying on his lap, engaging in a passionate kiss. The incident provoked strong outrage among social media users who left comments labeling the couple as “shameless.” Many individuals called for the Delhi Metro Rail Corporation to take action against them.
One user questioned the authenticity of the couple’s affection, wondering if it was genuine love or merely a ploy for social media attention while another user said ‘CPR hi to de raha hai galat kya hai isme’ taking the incident in a funny way. The sudden surge in similar videos and trends was also a topic of discussion among commenters.
DMRC’s Official Statement
The Delhi Metro Rail Corporation (DMRC) has released an official statement addressing the issue. The statement states that “DMRC expects its commuters to behave responsibly while using the Delhi Metro and follow all social etiquette and protocols which are acceptable in the society. Commuters should not indulge in any indecent/obscene activity that may cause discomfort or could offend the sensibilities of other fellow commuters. DMRC’s Operations & Maintenance Act infact lists out indecency as a punishable offence under Section-59,We appeal to our commuters to kindly refrain from indulging in such obscene activities and maintain social etiquette/decorum while travelling in a mass public transport system like the Delhi Metro. We also request fellow commuters to report such incidents to the nearest available Metro Staff/CISF immediately so that appropriate action can be taken.”
