IndiGo: Twitter is divided over the viral footage of an incident between an IndiGo air hostess and a passenger. Some people are praising the cabin staff member for being courageous and standing up for her crew, while others are criticising her for yelling when she could have handled the matter gently.

What precisely transpired on the flight is revealed by a passenger:
Tejasvi Chandela, a passenger on the same aeroplane, saw the entire incident. The issue has now been raised by Chandela. She mentioned in her Instagram post that some of the passengers on the flight were impolite and ill-mannered to the employees. Tejasvi wrote “They called them servants and were after their life for food when they know that they are travelling on a low-budget airline.”
She also claimed that she personally approached the team to see how they were doing and that she was prepared to give a testimony or otherwise help them.
IndiGo responds: In a statement about the incident, “We are aware of the incident that occurred on flight 6E 12 on December 16, 2022, between Istanbul and Delhi. The problem has to do with the meals selected by a select group of passengers via a codeshare connection.”
The airline declared that it was investigating the occurrence.
