The Tamil Nadu Agriculture Minister R Doraikannu has passed away after loosing the fight against the deadly COVID-19 virus.
“With deep grief, we announce the sad demise of Honourable Minister for Agriculture R Doraikkannu,” hospital Executive Director Dr Aravdindan Selvaraj said in the brief medical bulletin
Doraikkannu was undergoing treatment at a private hospital in Chennai. He complaint several uneasiness yesterday and was on maximum life support ever since he was admitted in the hospital. By the end of the day the news of his demise came in.
