Nick Jonas: Malti Marie Chopra Jonas, the daughter of Priyanka Chopra and Nick Jonas, recently turned one. In a new interview, Nick discussed Malti’s first birthday celebration. He added the pair rang in Malti’s birthday ‘with style’. The singer-actor also remarked about Malti having through ‘a fairly wild trip in the earlier part of her life’, and caller her lovely, amazing and ‘the best’.
Malti Marie Jonas was born in 2022
In December 2018, Priyanka and Nick married in Rajasthan. In January 2022, they announced the birth of their daughter Malti Marie Chopra Jonas via surrogate. After 100 days in the neonatal critical care unit, the couple took their newborn girl home from the hospital a few months later. Since then, they have celebrated all of their daughter’s milestones, including her six-month birthday, and have also shared a glimpse into their life as new parents. Priyanka Chopra and Nick, on the other hand, have avoided posting photos of Malti’s face.
Nick Jonas said ‘She’s the finest’
Speaking about Malti’s first birthday, Nick said on a recent appearance of The Kelly Clarkson Show, “She did (turn 1), over the weekend. We had to have a party… We had to celebrate in style because she had gone through a very wild ride earlier in her life. She’s the finest, she’s one, she’s beautiful, and she’s amazing.”
Priyanka and Nick also shared photos from their first Diwali with Malti Marie Chopra Jonas at their Los Angeles home last year. In her caption, Priyanka stated, “Everyone should have love, peace, and wealth. I wish you all a Happy Diwali from the bottom of my heart. Sorry for the delay, but I opted to stay in the moment a little longer… From our home to yours. Light and love…”
