Viral Video: It took just 10 seconds for a hungry Canadian resident of Bengaluru to get his McDonald’s dinner at midnight. Driving to a business in Bengaluru’s Koramangala, Caleb Friesen discovered that it was closed. He made the decision to use Swiggy to place a dinner order after spotting delivery people at a McDonald’s outlet pick-up window. Caleb selected the restaurant itself to choose the meal’s pickup destination. Sanjay, the delivery man, took only 10 seconds to deliver the food.

Sharing this moment on Twitter Caleb wrote, “Drove to Koramangala for midnight McDonald’s, they said they were closed, but the pick-up window was full of delivery guys. What to do? I ordered Swiggy from McDonald’s to McDonald’s. 10-second delivery achieved. Sanjay was the one who brought me my order. He makes YouTube videos as a side hustle which he wants to turn into his main hustle, check him out on YouTube at hellosanjay.” Since he posted the video, it went viral and people started circulating the video online. The video is viewed by 40K times and liked by more than 480 people.

Netizens are commenting on the video and some called it ‘Peak Bengaluru Moment.’ Reacting to the video, one user wrote, “Only in Bangalore.” Another user wrote, “Same thing i did in HSR As Kfc was Closed i ordered online Same Place .. thou mine didn’t Arrive in 10secs.” Swiggy also commented on the tweet and wrote, “Adored the Idea, Caleb. We refer to them as “hunger saviours” for a reason, and we are happy that you experienced this first hand.”
